Girls In code Program

Girls In Code is a national non-profit working to close the gender gap in technology. Girls In Code Clubs in schools are led by Facilitators, who are 18+ and can be teachers, computer scientists, librarians, parents, college students or volunteers from any background or ﬁeld.

Academic trainings

We provide affordable IT services and trainings, where we facilitate secondary students with their academic internships, by empowering them with solutions which will sustain and solve society's problem through coding and computer languages. We have collaboration with different secondary schools in the country such as SOS, Saint Joseph,etc,.......

Unlocking possibilities in young girls

The community believes that boys are the ones who are problem solvers and impactful to the society. but we believe that girls can make the difference using technology and solving society problems through coding and using technology. And we believe that there is no job or career designed for boys only, girls are also impactful, committed, talented, straight lookers, leaders, gamechangers,etc.... it is all about unlocking the possibilities and opportunities within and around them.

The visit of Lady Marieme the founder of iamtheCODE to Rwanda Coding Academy

Marieme Jamme the CEO and the founder of iamThecode program, who is is a senegalese-born French-British businesswoman and technology activist she is now partnering with Ida technology in collaboration to bridge the future by unlocking possibilities through educating young women, girls and refugees through her inclusive platform iamtheCODE. The goal is educating at least 1,000,000 young women and girls by the year 2030.
